Sorry I've been quiet for so long, blog.

I've been busy.  Between kidney surgery, hemorrhoid surgery, and moving across country, changing gyms and trainers (and, oh yeah, jobs), life changed a lot in 2010.

Mostly in good ways.

I think that's what I love most about weight training.  The sense that you're constantly making progress (or should be), and transforming yourself.  I've made some awesome changes since first getting back to the gym July of 2008, and I have more on the way.  All I have to do is keep at it.

There will be a lot more coming in this blog in days to come.  Bear with me, and I'll keep you posted on the changes.
